Parks Victoria offers a range of stunning natural landscapes to hold your special day. 

Who should submit a Wedding Ceremony and Wedding Photography / Filming application?

Anyone who wants to hold their wedding ceremony and/or have their wedding photography/filming on Parks Victoria estate will need to apply for a permit.


Permit lead time

All applications, including all documentation, are required to be submitted a minimum of 8 weeks in advance of your proposed wedding date.

Fees

Permit fees for holding your wedding on Parks Victoria estate varies depending on location, number of guests and infrastructure plans.

Werribee Park

If you would like to have your wedding ceremony, photography or filming at Werribee Park (see event zones map), please complete the Werribee Park - Wedding Ceremony and Wedding Filming and Photography application form and submit to events@parks.vic.gov.au.

Dandenong Ranges Gardens

If you would like to have your wedding ceremony, photography or filming at one of the Dandenong Ranges Gardens, please complete the Dandenong Ranges Gardens – Wedding and Wedding Filming and/or Photography application form and submit to gardensweddingsbookings@parks.vic.gov.au or call (03) 8427 2087.

Point Nepean National Park

For wedding photography/filming at Point Nepean National Park, please download the Point Nepean Wedding Ceremony and Reception (including Wedding Photography / Filming) application form and submit it to events@parks.vic.gov.au.

Please note: Submitting an event application does not guarantee event approval. If your wedding ceremony will have over 100 people (including bridal party) in attendance, you will be required to supply a Certificate of Currency for $20 million public liability insurance.


RPA / Drone Usage
