A blue green algae warning for Lake Eildon has been issued today (Friday 17 July2020) due to widespread and consistently present scums of Gomphosphaeria & Dolichospermum Straight (large). Contact with affected water may cause harm to humans and animals. For your safety, we recommend:
  • No swimming
  • No drinking water (unless it is signed as “potable”)
  • No water sports
No dogs in water (in areas where dogs are allowed e.g. Jerusalem Creek Camping Area
