Wildlife Walk (Serendip Wetlands Education Facility)

Serendip Sanctuary's most popular walk enables visitors to experience a close encounter with a large variety of native wildife. The walk meanders past grazing Emus and Eastern Grey Kangaroos. There are outstanding opportunities for birdwatching from viewing areas, bird hides and flight aviaries. You may be treated to Brolgas trumpeting, Whistling Kites soaring high overhead, magnificent Yellow-billed Spoonbills wading through the shallow water. If you look carefully you may get a glimpse of the hard to see Tawny Frogmouth. The walk is easy and suitable for prams and assisted wheelchairs. The walk is a 1.5km circuit and takes 30 minutes.
